YOUTH MINISTRY TEAM
Sunday mornings with VC Students: welcoming and getting to know students, jumping into sports games, and joining alongside for worship service
SET UP OR TEAR DOWN CREW
Help us make Sundays at Hartnell happen!
Our new mobile campus will require a strong team of volunteers each week. The Set-Up Crew will help prepare classrooms, ministry spaces, and campus signage before services, while the Tear-Down Crew will help reset everything afterward so the campus is clean, organized, and ready for school on Monday.

Ushers Team:
As we move into our new Sunday space, we’re looking to grow our Usher Team to help create a welcoming, organized, and distraction-free environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
Ushers will help welcome guests, assist with seating, answer questions, help people navigate the campus, and serve wherever needed throughout the service. If you enjoy helping people feel at home and being part of a team that helps Sundays run smoothly, this is a great place to serve.

With a larger campus and more people moving throughout the facility each Sunday, we’re also expanding our Safety Team.
This team helps provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our church family by keeping an eye on the campus, assisting with needs as they arise, and helping our ministries respond well in the event of an emergency.

PARKING TEAM
Parking Team:
Responsibilities of the parking team could include set up/ tear down of parking signage as well as Parking lot guidance and direction during service.

SHORT TERM SPECIAL PROJECTS
Help us get the new campus Sunday-ready! This short-term team will assist with projects such as painting, carpet work, small construction projects, assembly, cleanup, and other practical needs leading up to the move. Project needs will vary, and volunteers can jump in where their skills and availability fit best.
