Worse Before It Gets Better

In today's study in Exodus, both Pharaoh and Yahweh claim authority over the Israelites. Pharaoh says, "The Hebrews belong to me!" God says, "These are MY people." The issue at stake is Who has supreme authority and Whom will Israel serve?
